What are boardwalk panels?
Boardwalk panels are the materials used for paving boardwalks. Traditionally, they were mainly made of wood, but modern boardwalk
panels often use composite materials such as fiber cement. Compared to traditional wood, modern boardwalk panels (such as fiber
cement boards) have advantages such as fire and water resistance, weather resistance, insect resistance, easy maintenance, environmental
friendliness, and durability. Their surface can mimic wood grain effects, and they are widely used in scenic area boardwalks, park grounds,
building exteriors, and other applications.
I. Manufacturing Process:
The boardwalk panels are meticulously crafted using natural Portland cement, quartz sand, and other siliceous and calcareous materials,
as well as inorganic materials such as mineral and plant fibers. The process involves over ten steps, including pulping, molding, high-tonnage
press pressing, high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing, and advanced spraying equipment coating. The substrate is high-density
fiber cement board, and the production process strictly adheres to multiple coating methods. The paint finish is cold-resistant and
sun-resistant, making it a superior product among wood-grain boardwalk panels! The boardwalk panels mainly consist of three parts:
a surface layer of wood grain material, a bottom layer of high-strength concrete, and reinforced steel reinforcement for special requirements.
II. Product Features:
1. The product possesses excellent properties such as fire resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, insect
resistance, no bacterial growth, no harm, no pollution, and maintenance-free operation.

4. The product's unique technology can meet various requirements for specifications, sizes, shapes, and thicknesses. This also includes
providing products with a variety of designs, colors, and wood grains. No sanding or painting is required, reducing subsequent processing
costs and giving customers more choices.
5. The product has a long service life and can be reused multiple times, averaging more than five times longer than wood. Its operating
cost is 1/2 to 1/3 that of wood, offering a significant cost-performance advantage. It also features secondary processing, high
strength, and energy savings.
6. The product is strong, lightweight, heat-insulating, and has a smooth, flat surface. It contains no formaldehyde or other harmful
substances and is harmless and pollution-free.
