What is a suspended ceiling?

A suspended ceiling, also known as a ceiling panel, is an important sub-project of building decoration engineering. Suspended ceilings 

serve multiple functions, including heat insulation, sound insulation, compensating for inherent structural defects, adding spatial depth,

 facilitating lighting, simplifying cleaning, and sound absorption. They also conceal electrical, ventilation, air conditioning,

 communication, fire protection, and alarm wiring and equipment. In the past, traditional dwellings primarily used straw mats, reed

 mats, and wooden boards as materials. With technological advancements, more modern building materials have been incorporated, 

including gypsum board, calcium silicate board, cement fiberboard, and PVC board. The choice of suspended ceiling material varies

I. Manufacturing Process:

Xinghan Ceiling uses calcium silicate board as the base material. The production process employs carefully selected siliceous

 materials such as quartz powder, fly ash, and diatomaceous earth; high-quality calcareous materials such as lime, carbide sludge, 

and cement; and fiber materials (loose short fibers such as inorganic mineral fibers or cellulose fibers as reinforcement). Flame retardant 

additives and other auxiliaries are added in a specific ratio. The mixture is formed through sheet forming, autoclaving, and accelerated

 curing in high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam to form a calcium silicate gel. After drying, the surface is coated with latex, 

high-calcium powder, etc., and then finished with high-pressure roller coating and printing.

 non-combustible (A1 grade) material.
